Interview
Very positive experience. Great interviewers and smooth process. The questions asked weren’t “IB technical”, more general finance ones and behavioural and competency-based. The tasks were tough but do-able. However the individual interview was very structured due to their list of questions instead of a flowing conversation.
I interviewed with 2 associates and then moved on to a superday with the directors. The associates each conducted their own interview, not together, and the interviews with the directors were also individual interviews

Interview
First had a phone call with someone from their talent acquisition team, then I had a zoom with a Director on the team about a week later, then a couple weeks following there was a super day on zoom for the final few candidates with the MD's on the team

Interview
First round was a CV screening through a recruiter (Greenwich partners). After the CV got screened, I was invited to an interview with the VP which consisted of standard investment banking technical questions.
