The interview consists of questions regarding past experience and many behavioral questions. The whole process from beginning to end took less than a week. I was hired the very same day. The tour of the building is nice especially seeing the office floor which gives you a quick and dirty insight on how the atmosphere of the company.

Agency followed by two interviews, first with manager and second with both manager and department head. Straight forward process, standard fund services interview format, knowledge based with soft skills tested also.

The process was fluid and efficient. HR was very quick to respond to the application. Interviewed with a member of the team I applied to.
The interviewer was straightforward, based around behavioral questions as well as an understanding of State Street's business.

Very by the book, generic. Standard interview process with expected questions. Personality and ability to work with others not prioritized. Interview consisted of meeting with 3 current employees; apparent there was minimal communication between interviewers.
