Interviews were really smooth, and everyone I met was thoughtful, curious and excited about their work and the opportunity.
Process consisted of 4 rounds, first with a member of the TA team, then meetings with various stakeholders related to the position.

I didn’t get the role, but I genuinely enjoyed the interview process. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The questions were thoughtful, and the process felt smooth, well-coordinated, and respectful throughout.

Fairly standard interview process. The 4-5 rounds I had were pretty good and I feel all the interviewers were engaged. Didn't get any feedback at all on how I performed which considering the prep and time sunk into the interview process and the fact I was headhunted was pretty disappointing.
