HR reaches out, schedules an interview, then ghosts - no response as I sit waiting for the interview call or for a response to my follow up email.
Why bother reaching out and scheduling an interview
just to waste the candidate's time, and not even have the courtesy to cancel/decline/let them know ?

Interview
I first had an interview with a recruiter who was fantastic. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and walked through the cadence: 3 strings of separate interviews hiring manager and then two other directors based in EU. one final project to prep and present.
