Interview
I submitted my applcation online and a recruiter contacted me a day after. We had a hangouts session and followed up by another hangouts with hiring manager. A week after, I have another hangouts with the team. Then a week later I was invited to the office for a 4-hour on-site session.

Interview
Applied online, got contacted by a recruiter for a Google Hangout. Interview was fine, standard questions. Apparently they were looking for someone who had done exactly that role before, which gives you an idea that developing talent (in finance anyway) is not a priority. The impression I had is that they just want overly experienced people to make things easy, but don't go there expecting an entrepreneurial or exciting culture, despite all the inherent attraction of the brand.
They never bothered to get back to me, despite me chasing. Quite unprofessional and leaves the impression of amateurism.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Talk about your experience, what motivates you to work, what do you know about the company etc.
Applied trough web site. Day after received an e-mail from HR with a few basic question regarding my education and professional background, expected salary, interest in the role I've applied for, and relocation.
Immediately after an interview with Manager in charge was arranged. Human recourse officer was helpful and flexible about working around my schedule.
Interviewer was very pleasant, kind, educated and well experienced professional. I was introduced in company culture and informed about role in detail and could easily realistically envisage would my experience be a match for open position.
Feedback was sent to me via e-mail within 24 hours.
Overall, very pleasant experience.
