Applied online and heard back from recruiter after more than 2 weeks. Completed the screening call and dropped her a thank you email which she didn't response back . After another 2 weeks +, recruiter got back to set up a call with the hiring manager but arranging it was quite tedious as she wasn't very prompt in responding and I had to reshare my availability. 2nd and final round interviews with the hiring managers were pleasant and positive. I followed up with recruiter 1 week after the final round interview and she ghosted on me and I have not heard back from her since then. Overall candidate experience was draggy and unpleasant. Based on the other reviews on glassdoor, ghosting candidates seem to be a common issue. I am genuinely perplexed why a simple email to update the candidate on the interview feedback seems like such a difficult thing to do?
