I applied online and was contacted by HR shortly after. The process included an initial HR interview focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation, followed by a meeting with the CEO. That conversation went deep into product thinking, past projects, decision-making, and real challenges I had worked on.
Next, I was given a product case based on a real problem on the company’s website. I prepared a solution, presented it in a deck, and defended my approach in a discussion format. Soon after, I shared references from former colleagues as part of a background check. Overall, the process was well-structured, transparent, and respectful of the candidate’s time. I'd say that it was challenging but fair.
