I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2025
Interview
Very easy and smooth , the hiring manager was very nice . Everything was prepared when I got there and the interview started on time .
Overall the experience was positive. I’m excited to start this new chapter.
The actual interview was fine, bu they use Microsoft Teams and it was confusing for me in the beginning because I don't have a lot of experience with MS Teams.
