I applied online. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Interview
Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
interview was long and meandering. Didn't ask relevant questions. Spent too long focusing on random portions of my application that weren't relevant to the position. Said the hours were different than what was posted.

Question 1
Name one time I dealt with an unruly customer and how I handled it
Interview process over Zoom - 3 rounds with 3 different people. Fair questions, tried to engage in conversation but the interviewers were all business. Asked about how I deal with angry customers, since I think they have quite a few of those kinds of calls. Told them I'd been in similar environments, so no problem, pretty good at diffusing situations.
