I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Spindle 360 (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied on LinkedIn and heard about three months later.
We had a phone screening where he went down my entire resume and asked about every single job and how many people I lead at each role.
He then proceeded to tell me that he is interviewing people from New York and San Francisco and that all of them are willing to work for stock options and wanted to know if I would be able to work with a majority of my income being stock options.
After everything I had read, this was an enormous read flag.
I said It isn’t something I would be super interested in but would be open to it to push the conversation along and I never heard another peep.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spindle 360 (Georgetown, TX) in Feb 2018
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter and had a pleasant 30 min phone screen. Next step was an in person interview. The office was in downtown Georgetown. I arrived on time and simply walked in. No security, no front desk worker, and no one to meet me. It didn’t even look like anyone worked there. I could have walked out with an iMac and no one would have stopped me. I waited over 25 minutes PAST my interview time. Finally the person conducting the interview, who has been mentioned in earlier reviews, strolled in and we started talking but I was already thinking this all felt like a scam. Questions were basic. Benefits were pathetic, including 1 week PTO (including sick days) for the first year. Pay was danced around. After I left, he decided to give me a design test which I promptly completed over the weekend. After I sent it, I didn’t hear from him for a month. Nothing, not even after I emailed and called for a follow up. I later found out the position was filled. It was a complete waste of time, especially since he couldn’t give me the courtesy of telling me I wasn’t hired. I should have listened to the previous reviews. This place feels like a scam and they can’t even make it to their own interviews on time.

Interview
The manager was late about 15 minutes for my interview. He asked me my PHP experience, emphasized on Javascript. And then he let me access a website and asked me can complete. And then asked my desired salary. It was too simple to be an interview.
