      I interviewed at Spellbook (Leeds, England)

      The interview process was fine until the end. In the interview I was told I would hear back by mid next week (I had the interview on a Friday). By wednesday nothing, I followed up and they said they needed more time. Three weeks go by, I followed up 3 times and was told they needed more time. Then at the end they sent an email to say I did not get the role (obviously duh) and it took less breaths to write that email than it did hours I did prep for their 3 rounds of interviews, take home task and demo. I read reviews before saying the recruitment process was not great and I thought I was having a different experience but I guess not.
