So they were distributing the tasks to students, for different roles, different tasks. You got 45 mins to complete it. I applied for python django developer. They gave me task of implementing login/registration feature. Which was pretty easy. I can implement email verification, social auth, and this was just basic password login registration feature which i have to implement. No documentations allowed. They also do not allow your own laptop for this. Which was downside for me as, i was not getting my hands speedy while typing on old keyboard with thick keys. The auto suggetion was not working in VS code. You have to write basic HTML for this too(Yes this is backend position). So I wrote URLs, forms, models, and views in 45 minutes(Because of no auto suggetion, no docs, and PC keyboard). But was not able to complete frontend html. When my code got checked they run the server and there were errors(due to i didn't created html files which i associated with views) and they didn't checked my backend code. They said you completed 15% task. I mean what? I said no sir you can check i implemented all features you asked for in django, the only part which was remaining was handling errors part in views and the html templates. they said ok ok we will reach you out. 1.5 month, and no one did.
