Submit resume online, phone interview, interview with the three brothers who own the company. The phone interview was basic IT troubleshooting questions whereas the in person interviews were more personality focused and emphasizing the need for great customer service
Not thorough at all. Didn't ask many questions or explain the role well. They did not go over growth or the direction of the company. Would have preffered a better overview of what I would be doing and the training I'd be giving.
Interestingly, anyone we hire for this position would have gone through three different interviews, including a competency test. Easy question and answers out the start that anyone with basic IT experience would be able to answer.
However the follow up interview with the senior management focused more on me as a person than work which was an amazing change of pace
