Remote online interview with relevant department head and division head, done online due to COVID. Questions mostly around customer facing suitability for the job, as this was a customer facing role.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Software AG (Brasília, Federal District) in Sep 2016
Interview
Very easy, fast, deep and professional. Via online because I lived in another country. After I introduced myself the interviewer explained me what they were looking for and asked me when I could be available and if I felt comfortable with the type of job
The interview process was quite good. Solve the hacker rank problems and then two technical round of interviews.
BE AWARE that you don't need to be innovative when giving the solution of the problem being asked in the interview. you should mug up the stuff from one of the good sites for example geeksforgeek and just vomit it infront of them. They will be very happy that how fast you can tell them the answer. Interviewer will not check your approach. They will just compare with other candidates that how fast you can give answer.
I solved all the problems given by interviewer and finally being told that, their is a negative feedback in second technical round, i was not convinced and asked HR, that i want to talk to the interviewer. Interviewer took me in the room back and told me that, it doesn't mean we should select you because you have solved all the problems, it matters how fast you solve it, which was not told to me as a criteria for selection.
Later on when i saw the glassdoor website for the questions which interviewer asked me were the same questions. I am surprised :-).
