Sorry for the unpleasant experience during your Interview process. We call up candidates during Working Hours only i.e. between 11 am to 6 pm. I believe you might have not answered the call and called us back at 9. We schedule the interview for the next working day by default. Having said that, if a candidate prefers to come for an interview after a couple of days or on a weekend we do accomodate for the same if the candidate mentions about it on the call. Regarding the contract we have 1 year as well as 2 year contract and we DO mention the same to all candidates during the interview or on the call if the candidate enquires for the same. The contract is in place to make sure that the time we invest in the training for our new joinees does not go in vain if the candidate decides to leave immediately after training. It is a common practice in most IT companies.
