The HR team welcomes everybody in the room, you go around introduce yourself and mention an interest fact about yourself. Your called out my name to go solo in a room with one of the HR interviewers, get asked a lot of personality based questions and maybe 1 question related to your experience. At the close of in personal interview your told they'll send you a test online to complete more so personality based with a small amount of math and reading comprehension. You'll get a phone call asking if your still interested about 3 days later and they give you a wage band which is non negotiable at least for entry level. There is a lack of conversation regarding mechanical aptitude and job related questions to help show your abilities, unsure if they do this to make those who don't know feel more comfortable or if they just want you to believe you know nothing and they must teach you everything including hand tools.
