The process was made of 4 interview rounds (HR, Hiring Manager, Team Leader and VP of Sales) and it was very smooth and quick.
Everyone I met during the process has been really kind, respectful and clear as to what the next step would be.
The interview process is very smooth. You get emails and can pick a time that is suitable. Everything about the follow-up interviews and the other steps to-be-taken is clear. The recruiter is very friendly and up-front, so are the other colleagues you get to meet during the follow up interviews.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch gestaltete sich äußerst angenehm, geprägt von einer freundlichen, offenen und transparenten Atmosphäre. Sowohl die Interviewer als auch ich empfanden die Kommunikation als sehr positiv. Die Fragen wurden klar und verständlich formuliert, was zu einem entspannten und lockeren Gesprächsklima beitrug. Die Offenheit seitens des Unternehmens, verbunden mit klaren Erklärungen zum Ablauf und den Erwartungen, schuf Vertrauen und förderte einen reibungslosen Informationsaustausch. Insgesamt war das Vorstellungsgespräch eine äußerst positive Erfahrung.
