The process began with your application, and supplying a few photos from your portfolio. Once submitted, I received a response asking me to complete a quiz, then was prompted to schedule an online interview time. Sadly, the interviewer was not professional and did not turn up to the call (I can see from another interview review posted on 13 Sept 2021 that this is not the first time she pulled a no show). I sent an email 15 minutes and 30 minutes after the scheduled time, where she then claimed she was on standby. I was on the Google Meet link provided by Snappr for the entire 30 minute interview timeslot and no one from Snappr had joined the call. She then apologised for the mishap and asked me if I was free the next day for an interview - to which I responded within minutes. After that, zero response. Almost 3 weeks later, she had the audacity to start a new email thread asking if I was still interested in moving forward with my application, pretending as if nothing had happened in the 3 weeks prior. I did not bother to respond/move forward based on this unprofessional experience. Another 2 weeks later, she starts another fresh email thread claiming that she was out of office the last time I reached out. The last time I reached out was on the day of the interview - and clearly she was working this day if she sent me a few emails this day. I do not recommend wasting your time with Snappr.
I applied online. I interviewed at Snappr (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2022
Interview
Had a few technical issues to access the interview link. The lady that did the interview was very sweet and helpful. She had many questions about my previous work but mainly wanted to make sure I understood their policies.
Booked my interview three times. MIKA BAJACAN never attended. Very unprofessional. I regret all the time wasted with them. It has been very tedious and annoying to only receive automated emails
