Worst interview I have had in so long! The recruiter who reached out to me missed our scheduled call THREE TIMES. Each time, she specifically set the date and time and then sent the confirmation to me. Each time, I stepped away to take the call...and she just didn’t join. I had to reach out to her to ask if she needed to reschedule each time. Finally, I just said I was no longer interested. Being a recruiter, I clearly have a good idea of how basic processes should run. This recruiter reached out to me (I didn’t apply) and then showed zero need to actually engage. Weird. These media companies always think we are desperate to work for them and they can treat candidates however they want. Wrong.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Snap

Interview
The process took 3 weeks, 2 phone screens, then remote onsite for 3 hours.
Recruiter seemed extremely stressed out, and that should have sent me running.
Didn't share feedback on why they are not moving forward

Interview
Tony Riggins was my Recruiter for R4R. He knew the company and benefits inside and out. The process from first phone screen to offer took 2 weeks! He was efficient, responsive, and made himself available to answer all my questions. It was three rounds total. 1 recruiter screen, 1 HM phone call, 1 3-hour virtual on-site. I received the offer within two days from on-site. The whole team was great. I appreciate that the process moved quickly, and Tony knew his stuff and is experienced.
