Process took 3 months, very unprofessional. They approached me via linked in late June, we scheduled video interviews late at night to accommodate their LA time zone. They would rarely give updates on the process. They could see me but I couldn't see them on the video chat (first red flag) When they finally came over to London in September to hold the on site interviews for which I had to book an entire day off at the most inconvenient time in my work schedule, they cancelled less than 24 hr prior (5.30 PM the day before, the interview was the next day at 12 noon) because they "fell in love with another candidate and want to make an offer ASAP". I am quite honestly appalled by this poor recruitment practice that left me short of a day holiday. I had to work late over 2 weeks to make up for this and quite frankly this does not reflect well on the company.
