Friendly and straight to the point having a conversational interview rather than a deeply formal one. You will take a difficult exam on process balances, but then be shown around the office. Nice experience.

Interview
First got a call, then video interview panel 2 hrs then in-person technical test over mass balance, pressure safety design, P&ID mistakes, flows, duty questions, Other questions involved detailed API questions regarding PSV design, write out the formula for sizing orifice, what was the formula for control valve sizing equation, Only cared about PSV sizing experience not overall engineering experience. Pay is low for experienced but great for new graduates.
