I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Smith and Burgess (Houston, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
I went through a 2-hour interview with 4 people interviewing me one-on-one in 30-minute intervals. They asked basic interview questions such as "Tell me about yourself" and "What are your greatest strengths/weaknesses". They asked specific questions about my Senior Design Project.
There was also a technical test in which I was given a PFD and P&ID with errors. I was tasked with identifying as many errors as I could.
