4 rounds; recruiter screen -> hm call -> 2 technical rounds (1 coding + 1 system design)
In my case, I had 1 extra round since I was referred from another role. Thought I did well in the interviews and was a good culture fit, but I got an automated rejection after the last round.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with management
HR Phone screen, followed by a video screen with the hiring manager. Phone screen felt pretty rushed but standard surface level, direct interview had a couple odd questions. For example, I was asked several questions about how I manage a team - although this wasn't a people manager role. Part of me wondered if there were crossed wires.
Met with recruiter and moved onto a tech screen with an engineer. Went through the tech screen, a mix of coding and technical questions regarding existing code and the interviewer even commented that we breezed through the coding with ease.
No feedback for a few days, emailed and requested feedback, still nothing. Finally heard back over a week later (on a Friday after 5pm) with a generic we are moving forward with other candidates. No real feedback, poor communication, poor response time. Asked for more direct feedback and ghosted.
