I applied for the job, it took over a month and 2 weeks before I got a response.
I did the technical assessment and was scheduled for another round of interview.
They got back to me a week later and suddenly ghosted.

Interview
From the very beginning I told the Hr guy my current renumeration and expected renumeration, they wasted my time sending assessments and i did other interviews in the final interview with the CEO he offered me less than half of wat I currently earn talking like hes doing me a favour offering me such ridiculous amount. Its a bad idea working for such company they give off modern day slavery work culture.
Interview Process
I was contacted by an HR uy asked about
1. my experience
2. Current salary
3. Expected salary
Then i was asked to build a microservice, then a screen interview with a senior engineer explaining, modifying and testing the microservice end to end. Then a call with the CEO.
