I was approached via LinkedIn by Shab who was looking for someone for to fill the role. We then arranged a call where she told me all the ins and outs of the role and asked me a few questions about my experience before she invited me to two zoom interviews which took place the following week. One was competency based and the other was a task which was actually quite fun to do
Role play, selling the correct insurance package, a Q&A on an insurance product and a competency based interview. You are sent all of the relevant information before hand. There were 3 different interviewers and the interviewer took place for over an hour and a half on Zoom.

Interview started with an initial phone call to discuss the reasons for applying and discuss my experience.
I was then invited to 2 stage interview, one a sales and communication task and another a competency based interview. All of the interviewers made me feel very comfortable and the staff seem to genuinely care about you.
