I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Signpost in Nov 2016
Interview
Completed an online "personality" assessment after submitting my resume and cover letter. Ultimately scheduled a phone interview. Recruiter was very friendly and transparent about the position and future growth opportunity.

Question 1
Told me to tell them about myself, history, other places I'm looking to interview with, and why I'm looking at Signpost.

Interview
Applied online, was emailed to set up a phone interview, the interviewer missed the times twice on me, eventually I was able to speak with her, went through the whole process, was led to believe they wanted to bring me in as I would be "perfect" for this role. Then never heard anything, I attempted to call and email to follow up multiple times, finally received an email back telling they cannot hire at this time due to budget but would let me know immediately when they were able to. Have not been contacted since but continue to see notices they are hiring for an account manager? Dont lead people on, and do not advertise for employment when you do not have the money to hire anyone.

Interview
Very short. Hiring assistant called me on the phone and wanted to chat about salary requirements. This is normally a red flag, as she explained to me they only had junior account manager positions available, even though I had applied for just Account Manager. I was told starting salary was $25k plus commission. I said, no way. I have over six years of work experience and I can't imagine busting my butt everyday to survive.
