Interview
It was a 1-hour one-on-one interview with the manager of software testing. The first 30 minutes we got to know each other. The second 30 min the manager described the position and asked me how i would test a fan that just came off the product line.

Question 1
Interviewer presented a picture of a fan and a microwave and I was asked to choose one. I choose the fan. The interviewer then asked me, "If this fan came off a production line, how would I go about testing it?"
first round is phone call interview with HR, then second round is in person interview with manager and senior engineer in the office, that will include white coding question and python coding questions.

I got an email for an interview online for an hour and a half. I got asked few questions by Senior Manager, Software Test and the HR Manager at Sierra Wireless.
I think the process is very easy.
