There were four interviews and each was relaxed and engaging. I got to meet the principles, the team, and take a tour of the facility. The whole process was organized and made very clear by the Human Resource manager.

Good discussion, rather than a constant line of questions. I found that pleasant and more effective for both parties to evaluate the fit. They were straight-forward when describing their challenges, it was obvious that they needed this position.

I was taken into the back room and interviewed. Other employees were walking in on the interview and it was not professional at all. The interviewer was getting interrupted constantly and it was a big distraction. The room we were in was very small and cluttered with back stock items. There was barely enough room for the two of us in there.
This was posted to the wrong company site. This person interviewed for a job with Sierra Energy Express, which owns gas stations and convenience stores.
