Good discussion, rather than a constant line of questions. I found that pleasant and more effective for both parties to evaluate the fit. They were straight-forward when describing their challenges, it was obvious that they needed this position.

Here are our challenges (there were three primary), how would you resolve each and how long do you think that would take?
There were four interviews and each was relaxed and engaging. I got to meet the principles, the team, and take a tour of the facility. The whole process was organized and made very clear by the Human Resource manager.
