Sheppard Mullin interview questions

First 20 minute screener, then 2 hour call back with 2 partners and 2 associates. The same process as almost every other big law firm. My interviews were all online through the Flo recruit platform.

I applied on LinkedIn and was invited to a 30 minute virtual interview with the hiring manager. The questions were straightforward and she was friendly. She encouraged me to ask more questions towards the end. After a week, they let me know that they were not moving forward with me. I reached out for feedback and didn’t receive any.
