It basically consists of two phone interviews. The first one is by the HR department. Simple personal information questions were asked. I was asked to introduce myself, explain why I am interested in the job and why I chose Shaw. The second interview is by one of the managers from the TSR team. The questions surrounds more about understanding the duties and responsibilities of the job, how you would handle customers, communication skills, and problem solving skills. Questions were straight-forward.
