Received an email to schedule a panel interview with 3 engineers. Didn’t hear back for a week and then received an email with the date and time. During the interview, the first engineer did not show up so I waited for 30 minutes. The 2nd and 3rd engineers were friendly and asked pretty straightforward questions. Got ghosted after the interview even after few emails were sent to them.

Very straightforward technical + behavioural interview. Not too much going on. Know your basics (e.g. beam deflection, heat transfer, manufacturing, mechanical design) and you should be fine. Very nice TL. Very patient and welcoming.
