I had a very brief phone screen where I was invited to interview in person. The interview was laid back and between myself, a developer, product manager, and the CEO. No technical screening or white boarding was required.

Interview
Had a quick phone interview, then an interview in the office. It was pretty relaxed and easy. They asked questions pertaining to the job and about yourself probably to see if you fit into the culture there. Everyone was really nice
