The overall process was structured and smooth. It started with a telephonic discussion, followed by an online assessment. After clearing that, there was one technical interview round to evaluate skills, then an HR interview focusing on fit and expectations, and finally a discussion round before closure.

I recently interviewed with Serosoft, and it was an amazing experience! The HR team was welcoming and communicated clearly.
