Phone screening and then in-person interview. Distracted interviewer was emailing while interviewing and used inappropriate words during the interview. One interviewer was concerned about their budget due to being a small company. Another interviewer was a substitute for a different person and was disengaged with the interview. Small and monotone voice. No excitement about the interview.
