Big group interview with over 10 other people, the people who spoke least got the job. Management does take notes the whole time, but also rarely looks at applicants.
Unclear communication.
It was fairly straightforward, I was led to an office in which a manager conducted the interview. It wasn’t a very long interview, I was asked fairly standard questions about my experience and availability.
Quick and easy process. The interview itself took no longer than 15 minutes and they ask me super basic questions about my background and skills. The hiring manager was very nice and easy to talk to.
The interview was straightforward and was asked several questions in relations to previous experience working in retail. Be personable and present yourself in a professional manner. Only had 1 interview throughout the process and was asked some behavioral questions too.
