Interview
It was a 3 step interview process. The first was a phone screening to ask about your background and availability and why you're interested in the company. Then, the second was in person with the assistant store manager, and the third was in person with the store manager.

When did you have to associate with someone you had nothing in common with, and how did you handle it?
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Interview
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
