Interview
The interview was easy. I was asked to do a fake consultation with the manager after being given time to walk the store. I then had to merchandise a small wall of fragrances. I then did a personal interview with the JCP manager and was on my way.

Very thorough interview process, had multiple interviews and felt very welcomed. The company’s values seemed very positive. It seemed as though the staff worked together as a family, which definitely peaked my interest.

I was interviewed three separate times. First in person, next over the phone, and finally in person again. It was a very lengthy process and eventually I ended up receiving a better job offer.
