Pretty basic interview questions. You’ll have to know your stores metrics and have solutions if numbers aren’t not looking good. Always have client focus and a good attitude towards the company

What’s is the hardest thing you had to work through
3 interviews with one on the phone with HR, one with direct manager and one with district manager. Each one about 30 to 45 munutes long. Only one in person. Then you get feedback on how you did and how you can do better

Experience for the role and why was I intereted to work for them
it was a 3 step process. I had an interview with the assistant store manager, 2 store managers. The questions they ask were all different, but not difficult to answer. they asked basic interview questions
