easy, talked about the role, business partners, behavioral questions, three rounds of interviews with manager, two analysts and director, applied and after a month the process was over and job was offered and accepted

Interview
I talked to the recruiter who went through the process of next steps then ghosted me right after.
I told them I can accommodate on the dates they want me to start but the recruiter did not bother to email me back as I prepare for the next interviews. I feel like I wasted my time preparing for the interviews for nothing.
I was excited working for this company seeing that they were hiring, but I feel like I dodged a bullet since they didn't even care about hiring process.
