I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Springfield, MA) in Nov 2017
Interview
The process took about 2 weeks. I applied online and received a call from the store's manager to come in for an interview the next day. The first interview went extremely well and we set up a date for the demo the following week. The makeup demo went great and we set up my third and final interview for the next day with a different manager. 2 days later, I was called and told that they weren't sure about me getting the position I applied for but offered me another full time position. She told me the pay rate and it was a huge difference to what I make now but she was able to match my pay. Excellent experience.

Mostly my experience at my current job and my responsibilities there.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sephora (Torrance, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I showed up to the interview early and was told to browse around. Shortly after I was pulled into the office and interviewed for about 30 minutes. I was told by the manager there were 6 positions open and I would fill one of them regardless. Come to find out from a close vendor friend who works that Sephora, some of the cast members decided to lie and tell that manager I was rude to them while I was waiting. Even though I spoke to no one. Catty location!!
