Interview
I’ve applied for a few positions at Sephora throughout the years and honestly, I’m glad I was never picked for a position. This company is a joke. Most recently I applied for a position that they’d been hiring for for 4 months and all of a sudden they were flooded with applicants? Yeah right. Maybe the store managers should actually call people and keep their word instead of jerk people around. I wouldn’t be surprised if I was lied to.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sephora (Fairfax, VA) in Nov 2021
Interview
Unorganized and very daunting. There were constant reschedules even once a manager admitted to forgetting it was on her schedule to interview me that day, another time I was interviewed and the manager did not know who I was because she had not had a chance to review my resume. I understand one time dropping the ball but over three months of interviewing and having my hopes set up they went ghost.
