Interview
It's majority behavioral with a simple business case interview. There were a total of 5 one on one interviews. The hardest questions were from the hiring manager who asked me a series of scenario situations. I.e. If you were to create this program, what would you think about first and the steps you will take to execute.

Question 1
One of the interviewers didn't seem to know of my background prior to the interview. It's as if she didn't review my resume beforehand so some of the questions she asked were irrelevant. I would request all interviewers to at least spend some time reviewing the resume before the interview to show a little more preparation.
I had a quick recruiter call with Sephora. Didn’t feel like the right fit so didn’t move forward. Generic questions but the interviewer was kind. Will not be moving forward.

The interview was fun and lively. Great questions with smart answers. The team was good. The questions were easy to answer. It takes two to three steps to the final stage, where you negotiate for the right amount
