Interview
I went through a 4 step interview process
1. Assistant manager
2. another store general manager
3. General manager at my store
4. District manager
It was a smooth process and the questions were fairly easy (as long as you are experienced in management). They were all extremely friendly and easy to talk with.

Tell me about a time you had a difficult employee that did not take feed back well. How did you handle that situation and what was the outcome?
Applied from my skincare lead role and interviewed with my store manager. From there we talked about what the job would look like and discussed the opportunity to leverage my manager expertise for this new role

Interview
About 3-4 interviews with separate managers ie: Store manager, district trainer, district manager. If you are a current employee you will have to prepare your previous reviews and present them in the interview. Talk about your goals and your opportunities and how you plan to overcome/ reach them those goals.
