Then interviewed on what you can bring to the company if hired. District manager interviews are mostly for management positions and possibly for employees being made permanent from seasonal positions.

Group interview to start then had a 1 on 1 with the store manager. I was applying for a seasonal position that turned into part time. Because I was interested in being a beauty adviser, I also had to complete a makeup application on an employee.
