I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sentry (Riverside, CA) in Mar 2010
Interview
First interviewed with the regional Manger. Then interviewed with a personat HR, then the Sales Director.
They ant you to be yourself and not try to impress. It was very comfortable and they were very nice and explained how they became employed with the company. After every stage, they let you know immediately if you were going on to the next, or if the interview was over. I was nervious, but they made me feel relaxed after the conversation started. They also indicated to me the length of time that other employees have been employed by Sentry. They have employees that have been there for 50 years. They maintain their employees which made me believe that this must be a great company to work for.
