      A lenghty email correspondence, then you get a set of tasks, then you get approval to proceed with a deadline, and you get informed the job is no longer available even though you finished the deadline.

      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Semrush in Sep 2023

      Interview

      The interview process was a bit long but very comprehensive. There were about 5 steps overall which consisted of: 1. Submitting a short video of us explaining about ourselves. 2. A 30-minute video interview with an HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist. 3. Given an assignment about SEO and Semrush tools to complete within 3 days. 4. A 1-hour interview with the Team Leader, HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist, and a team member. 5. A follow-up 30-minute interview with the same format as number 4. Although the process was a bit long for me, I understand that Semrush wanted to be as comprehensive as possible. In my experience, they all response very quickly to my emails or questions.
