Easy interview just asked basic questions. process is easy you talk to the recruiter and your manager and you do not need to prepare for questions about the industry just about yourself.
Three rounds of interviews. First with HR to gauge general qualifications and interest in the job. Second and third with regional Underwriters to ask slightly more job-related questions, but nothing regarding specific technical skills
