I was interviewed by two Team Leads, both of whom were wearing jeans and t-shirts. Pretty standard questions. They want to know you are customer focused and capable of proper phone etiquette. This was my first job outside of retail. Great opportunity for recent grads.

Interview
I felt the interview was fairly standard compared to others. The interviewer was very personable and ensured they answered all questions thoroughly. The follow-up to the interview was slower than anticipated.

If I had experience for the position which I interviewed for.
Interview was interesting. We began in a large group and were introduced to the company. Then we broke off into smaller groups for a brief introduction. Then we went individual with two hiring specialists. Honestly, the one was more interested in talking about his experience vs mine.

Interview
The in person interview lasted one hour with the first half getting to know each other and the second half answering behavioral style questions. It was a good experience overall.
