Great benefits, paid holidays, and generous PTO. Great coworkers and supportive people overall.

Cons

The use of AI and ongoing staffing reductions have increased workloads, leaving many employees responsible for work that was previously distributed across larger teams. The pressure affects employees and managers alike and has contributed to reactive leadership and a culture where meeting deadlines often takes priority over doing the job correctly.

Pros

Holiday parties in Chicago pretty nice.

Cons

Leadership is not transparent. Unless you know someone no real opportunity for upward mobility. Lack of work life balance and teams consistently stay understaffed so adjusters have more claims than they realistically can handle. Also, way too many team leads brag about not using their PTO as if its taboo to use.
